“It’s FreenBecky’s love story”: the 4 Elements team on The Air

The team behind 4 Elements had fans emotional today, teasing the heart of The Air — the FreenBecky chapter of the anthology — in the simplest, most affecting way: it’s a love story, through and through.

Asked about the series without giving the plot away, producer P’Tik and director P’Fuse kept it beautifully spare. As they put it:

P’Tik: “Without giving away any of the plot — it’s Freen and Becky’s love story.”

P’Fuse: “I know this is something I shouldn’t do, but love makes everything come to a standstill. It’s FreenBecky’s love story.”

A director who knows them well

Those words carry extra weight coming from this team. The Air is directed by Kittisak “Fuse” Cheewasatjasakun — the director who has now guided Freen and Becky through some of their most beloved work, from GAP: The Series and The Loyal Pin to this latest 4 Elements installment. Few people have watched the FreenBecky partnership grow more closely, which makes the “it’s their love story” framing land all the harder.

The Air (เสน่หาวาโย) is the third series in the record-setting 4 Elements anthology from North Star Entertainment, and the chapter fans had waited for — Freen and Becky reuniting on screen.
