4 Elements is a cinematic Thai GL anthology from NorthStar Entertainment, adapted from a bestselling novel series by Thai author Salmon that reimagines love through the forces of nature. Each installment stands alone — its own tone, its own visual language, its own arc — while sharing a family, a house, and a theme.
With pairings including FreenBecky and EngLot, the project raises the ceiling on production quality and puts Thai LGBTQ+ storytelling in front of a global audience. All 32 episodes aired weekly across 2026.

Organized by the Ministry of Commerce, #4Elements — led by FreenBecky and EngLot — was showcased at AFM in Los Angeles from 11–16 November alongside other Thai series and films. AFM draws more than 7,000 professionals from 70 countries to buy, sell, finance and develop work. The project was presented as celebrating diversity, emotion and identity, representing the creative force of Thailand's new-generation content on the global stage.

The 4 Elements novels behind the series
4 Elements began as a four-part GL novel series by Thai author Salmon, each book built on one of the classical elements. The stories follow four cousins, each navigating a relationship shaped by her personality and the symbolism of her element. They are self-contained, but connected by emotional depth, strong female leads, and love holding against adversity.
Salmon is one of Thailand's most recognized voices in Girls' Love fiction, known for vivid characters and stories that carry identity, class, duty and vulnerability alongside the romance. The success of the series led Idol Factory and NorthStar Entertainment to acquire adaptation rights in 2024.
