Maison Valentino Fall/Winter 2026–27 Show “Interferenze”

On Thursday evening, 12 March 2026, Maison Valentino left Paris, where it has shown since 1973, and staged its Fall/Winter 2026–27 show in Rome, the city where Valentino Garavani founded the house in 1960. Freen Sarocha, the house’s first Thai female brand ambassador, sat front row. It was the house’s first major runway since Garavani’s passing in January, and it closed the Fall/Winter 2026 season.

Freen mixed romance with a rock-and-roll edge: a vibrant magenta quilted jacket with intricate floral details over a sheer grey high-neck lace bodysuit and matching skirt, floral lace tights, studded shoes and a reimagined, spiky Valentino Garavani Rockstud Spike bag with platinum studs.

Creative director Alessandro Michele set the show inside Palazzo Barberini, the 17th-century Baroque palace, and titled it “Interferenze”: fashion as a meeting of opposing forces, from discipline and excess to tradition and rupture. Drawing on the 1980s as a tribute to his mother, the collection paired flowing chiffon gowns with sculpted shoulders, satin cummerbunds and sharp menswear tailoring. After the show, guests moved to an art-filled villa, where Lily Allen gave a surprise performance, and Freen joined the celebration as one of the house’s Thai ambassadors.
