What Becky said about negativity online

Loving the people who love her. Speaking with the press after the launch, Becky was open about the negativity she still sees on social media:

“I still encounter negativity on social media. It’s been happening to me consistently for five or six years. Sometimes it’s really harsh, and sometimes it comes in many different forms. But I don’t pay attention to it anymore. My mental health can’t take it if I try to absorb everything. So I’d rather give my all to what I’m doing here and love the people who love me.”

What’s next for Becky

Fashion, acting and five new songs. Asked what fans will see from her next, Becky answered:

“Upcoming work? There’s quite a lot. In terms of fashion, there’s going to be a lot of things as well over there. As for acting, I’d love for everyone to stay tuned. And there’s also music: next month, all 5 songs will be released in full. We’re also organizing a birthday concert for turning 24 years old where everyone will get to listen to these 5 songs. And next year, I’ll get to make more music again.”

Becky on her awards for Nanno

Dedicated to everyone behind Nanno. Asked about her international awards, Becky named two from South Korea, one in Busan (Rising Star of the Year at the Global OTT Awards) and one in Seoul (Outstanding Asian Star at the Seoul International Drama Awards), both for playing Nanno in Girl From Nowhere: The Reset. She said she really wanted to attend after seeing how hard fans voted for her, but her schedule was too packed for all the travel. She thanked fans and said every award makes her incredibly happy because it shows the work on the project was recognized. Then she dedicated the award to every single person who brought Nanno to life: the actors, the director, the writers and the whole team.
