Becky at Gentle Monster’s first Thai store
On Thursday 24 August 2023, Becky Armstrong attended the grand opening of Gentle Monster’s Bangkok flagship on the M Floor of EmQuartier, the Korean eyewear house’s first standalone store in Thailand. The store opened to the public the next day.
The 340-square-meter space follows Gentle Monster’s signature approach, with large sculptural installations designed by its in-house team in Seoul, and it launched with a Bangkok Edition line of eyewear sold only in Thailand. Gentle Monster’s own channels featured Becky among the guests at the opening.
Becky’s tie to the brand continued: in January 2025 she and Freen modeled its Jewelry 2025 Collection at The Emporium pop-up.
