GAP: THE SERIES (2022)

At the heart of GAP the Series are Freen Sarocha Chankimha and Becky Armstrong, whose powerful performances brought the iconic pairing of Sam and Mon to life.

• Freen as Sam
  Freen portrays Samanan “Sam” Sawasdee, a sophisticated, confident, and at times intimidating businesswoman. On the surface, Sam is cold and untouchable—known for her perfectionism, authority, and sharp presence. But beneath that exterior is a woman wrestling with vulnerability, loneliness, and the weight of expectations. Freen gives Sam layers: she is commanding yet fragile, strong but yearning for genuine connection.

• Becky as Mon
  Becky plays Mondhan “Mon” Charoenchai, an optimistic and determined young woman who has admired Sam since childhood. Unlike Sam’s aloofness, Mon is warm, energetic, and unafraid to wear her heart on her sleeve. Her kindness and persistence slowly chip away at Sam’s defenses, making her the bridge between Sam’s guarded world and true emotional freedom. Becky infuses Mon with charm and sincerity, making her an instantly relatable and lovable character.
