The day

What happened

Fabulous Fanboom brought Freen Sarocha and Becky Armstrong to two Philippine cities in one week, both presented by CDM Entertainment: Cebu on Friday 21 April and Manila on Sunday 23 April 2023. CDM announced both on 19 March under #FreenBeckyFanBoomMNL and #FreenBeckyFanBoomCEBU.

2. Tuesday 21 March, 2 p.m.Cebu tickets go on sale through SM Tickets, PHP 3,500–12,000.
3. Wednesday 22 March, 2 p.m.Manila tickets go on sale through TicketNet, PHP 3,250–12,000, with perks by tier: soundcheck access, a group photo, a send-off session and a mini-talk. The 2,380 seats were reported sold out in two minutes.
4. Sunday 23 April, 5 p.m.Fabulous Fan Boom in Manila at the New Frontier Theater, presented by IDF and CDM Entertainment.

The theater’s own account posted from the show as it ran. On stage the two reenacted Filipino screen moments — Becky a scene from the series Darna, Freen a line from the film Four Sisters and a Wedding — and the room roared. Higher tiers also bought a soundcheck, a group photo, a send-off and a fifteen-minute mini-talk.

It was their third show in the country, after the Pinoy BL Festival in June 2022 and The Debutante in February, and it did not end with the show. The next day they were back at the same theater to sign their first Filipino endorsement at the Aromagicare fan sign launch.

3. 21 April 2023 — CebuWaterfront Cebu City Hotel & Casino. 4,000 seats, sold out in half an hour.
4. 23 April 2023 — ManilaNew Frontier Theater. 2,380 seats, sold out in two minutes.
5. 22 July 2023 — Hong KongAsiaWorld-Expo, Hall 11. 3,800 seats, sold out.
6. 30 July 2023 — Macau, encoreBack at the Broadway Theatre to close the run.
