It was a private event, but fans gathered at centralwOrld to see her, and the teasing started right away.
The Amaze Puff
Her favorite feature. Freen sat down with MINT Magazine Thailand to share her favorite thing about the Amaze Puff, the new jacket in the collection. It uses 650 fill power down for warmth that still feels light, with Omni-Shield technology to help keep out moisture and stains, and comes in 8 colors: Black, Sea Salt Pearl Shine, Iron High Shine, Dark Stone, Tea Light Pearl Shine, Sedona Sage, Mineral Pink and Nico.
Fan moments: gold, a dowry and a coat
A joke that started with Becky. At the airport, fans told Becky that when they asked Freen in Chengdu what to gift her, Freen’s first answer was gold. Becky said she had given Freen gold for her birthday, and when fans added that in Chinese culture gold is for a dowry and they planned to buy hers, Becky’s reply was “What?!” and then “Don’t need,” again and again.
Freen’s turn. At Columbia, one fan told Freen that fans had already bought gold for Becky, which Freen said she knew, then explained the dowry tradition. “Really?” she asked. When the fan said fans would buy a dowry for her and for Becky too, Freen burst out laughing, nodded along and called it “very cute.”
Finally, a coat. Fans also cheered something rare: Freen bundled up in a proper coat now that the weather has cooled down, fitting for an event all about puffers.
What’s next for Freen
Velvet Dream. Next, Freen heads to Latin America for Velvet Dream, her first solo tour there, with stops in Mexico City, Lima, São Paulo and Santiago in November.
