The day
What happened
CJ MORE had launched its campaign with Freen Sarocha and Becky Armstrong at its Silom branch in July, for the chain’s 18th anniversary. On Friday 20 October 2023 it finished the campaign somewhere else entirely: the Royal Thai Navy Sea Turtle Conservation Center at Sattahip in Chonburi. The day was called “Have Fun with Partner,” a reward trip for customers who had won a place through their CJ MORE membership cards. Forty fans went, and Freen and Becky were the partners who took them through the conservation activities.
The center is the Navy’s long-running turtle program on the Gulf coast, where rescued and hatchery-raised turtles are cared for before release. It made the day hands-on rather than a stage-and-seats event, and it is the third conservation date in this archive, after the KAZZ mangrove planting in 2022 and Toyota’s Greentown day earlier in 2023.

A brand campaign that ended on a beach
Most brand campaigns end with a photo call. This one ended with fans, two actresses and a turtle program. It is the pattern worth noticing in their 2023: the reach that brands were buying kept getting pointed at something other than the product — mangroves, an eco learning center, now a conservation center.
