Becky Armstrong named a Chanel House Ambassador
Becky Armstrong was officially named a House Ambassador for Chanel in March 2025, joining the small circle of global talents who represent the house — the appointment that moved her from front-row guest to one of Chanel's faces, and the first Thai actress to hold the title.

Chanel introduced Becky as its House Ambassador during Paris Fashion Week in March 2025, when she attended the Fall/Winter 2025 ready-to-wear show, and filmed her that week for its literary series, "In the Library with Rebecca Armstrong", released in June. House Ambassador is the title Chanel gives to a small international group of actresses, musicians and athletes who represent the house across its worlds — fashion, watches and fine jewelry, fragrance and beauty, and the cultural programs it funds. It is not a campaign contract; it is an ongoing relationship, and Chanel names very few of them each year. Becky's appointment came in the same season the house was preparing for a new creative director, which made every ambassador seat that year a statement about where Chanel saw its next audience.
The announcement was made in Paris in March 2025, during the Fall/Winter 2025 ready-to-wear show at the Grand Palais, where Becky sat front row as the newly named ambassador. That same week Chanel filmed her for Les Rendez-vous littéraires rue Cambon, the house's literary series created with Charlotte Casiraghi — a short film about the books she carries with her, released in June 2025 and the first time a Thai actress had appeared in it. Before March 2025 Becky was a guest at fashion weeks. After it she was an ambassador — and within eighteen months L'Oréal Paris, CAA and Tod's followed. Chanel is the credential the others reference.
