Becky Armstrong named a Gen.T Leader of Tomorrow

Gen.T is Tatler Asia's list of the young leaders shaping the region's future — founders, creatives, athletes and changemakers, selected by Tatler's editors and a panel of established figures rather than by public vote. It is not an award in the trophy sense; it is an index. Being on it means Tatler has decided you are one of the names that will matter in the decade ahead, and it puts Becky on the same platform as the founders and executives Tatler tracks across Asia.

The 2026 edition is the list's tenth anniversary, and the largest so far: 100 honorees across ten markets, from Hong Kong and Singapore to Thailand, Vietnam and, for the first time, Kazakhstan. The average age on the 2026 list is 33. Becky is 23, which makes her one of the youngest names in the entire cohort — and one of a very small number from entertainment rather than business, in a year when Tatler made a point of widening the list beyond entrepreneurship to arts, sport and social impact.

The Thai list was unveiled on 3 July 2026, and Becky then joined the Tatler Gen.T Leaders of Tomorrow event in Bangkok on 21 July at SCBX NEXT TECH, Siam Paragon, as one of the evening's panel speakers — her first appearance not as a performer or a brand face but as a young leader talking about her own industry.
