Freen Sarocha Wraps Filming on The Witch of Siam
That’s a wrap. Freen Sarocha shared on October 28, 2026 that it was the last day of filming on The Witch of Siam, the fantasy romance she has spent most of this year shooting for TrueVisions NOW.

Freen has been on this shoot for months, and the final queue closed out a long run of filming days, some of them at demanding locations. It wraps right on the schedule she gave fans in early October, when she said filming would finish by the end of the month.
Today she also shared a moody, witch-inspired portrait: feathers, a full moon and a smoky crystal ball, just in time for Halloween. She didn’t say whether the look is tied to the series, so for now it’s just a very fitting coincidence. You did an amazing job, Freen.
What The Witch of Siam is about
Irene is a witch fleeing witch-hunters who settles in Ayutthaya, not for safety, but because she falls in love with the food. Her life turns when she treats a badly wounded man who turns out to be the notorious bandit of Ayutthaya. The two end up fighting side by side and form a bond that outlasts the lifetime it was made in. Five hundred years later, the witch has lost her magic and is still waiting to meet him again.
The series is adapted from the Thai novel Nueng Chat Song Phop Maemot Haeng Siam. The cast, story and trailer are on The Witch of Siam page.
Irene, her first period fantasy
Irene is unlike anything Freen has played before. After a 1950s period drama, a political action-romance and her first horror film, this is her first period fantasy: a role that moves between old Ayutthaya and the present day, with magic and plenty of action along the way. What’s next for The Witch of Siam
With filming done, the series moves into editing and the CGI behind Irene’s magic and its 500-year story, as Freen explained in her October filming update. It is set to air in 2027 on TrueVisions NOW, and I’ll post the premiere date as soon as it’s announced.
Next up for Freen: her Velvet Dream tour, with stops in Mexico City, Lima, São Paulo and Santiago from November 3 to 8.
